A three month project to bring a 450+ bed hospital within compliance with guidelines of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Performance criteria focuses on ensuring quality healthcare and other work performance, while helping to contain costs. Ratings facilitate pay-for-performance.
Planning, Research And Statistics Occupational Group Job Study, 1982. Large-Scale Multi-Agency/Multi-Department Job Classification and Evaluation study of this often difficult occupational group. Products included broader job classes, competency test development, identification of training needs, mapping of career ladders and lattices, and tools for performance management. Covering 240 job classes and over 900 positions, it was a federally-funded pilot study in computerized job analysis.
